• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not disrupt or compromise systems or networks.

• If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, you remain its owner and you are responsible for complying with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
• You must obtain your customers’ opt-in before messaging them on WhatsApp, honour opt-out requests, and send only content you are permitted to send. Template messages must be approved by Meta.
• Meta may charge for messages under its own pricing. Meta may also restrict or suspend your WhatsApp account; we are not responsible for Meta’s decisions.
• We process your WhatsApp data only to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your account at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

Indus Labs retains rights to the Services; you retain ownership of your content.

India law; courts of New Delhi, subject to applicable consumer protections.
